De inzolia is een origineel druivenras van Sicilië en geeft een aantrekkelijke en oorspronkelijke droge witte wijn. De hoog- en dus relatief koel gelegen wijngaarden van La Natura bevinden zich in de buurt van Trapani (West-Sicilië). De druiven rijpen hier langzamer en hebben een betere verhouding tussen zoet en zuur dan de snel groeiende druiven op de warmere vlakte. De druiven worden biologisch geteeld en handmatig geoogst. Door deze manier van werken is het rendement in de wijngaard laag, wat weer ten goede komt aan de kwaliteit van de wijn.

Proefnotitie

Heerlijk geurige droge Siciliaanse witte wijn met fijne fruit- en bloemennuances en een zachte, frisse smaak. De afdronk is geurig en aanhoudend.

Drinken bij

Prima begeleider van visschotels, zowel koud als warm.

Houdbaarheid

Nu drinken, goed houdbaar tot twee jaar na de oogst.
