This is a soft grappa obtained after the distillation of marc from the Dolcetto vines cultivated in three prestigius Doc zones, namely: Dolcetto d’Alba, Dolcetto di Diano and Dolcetto di Dogliani.
The resulting grappa is aged in stainless steel vats.
