Nomad Outland Whisky is een mooie amberkleurige blend van maar liefst 30 verschillende whiskydistillaten uit Speyside in Schotland. De gebruikte distillaten zijn gemiddeld tussen de 5 en 8 jaar oud. Na het blenden van de whisky gaan ze naar Jerez waar de whisky minimaal 1 jaar verder mag rijpen op oude Pedro Ximenez houten vaten waardoor het zijn unieke smaak ontwikkeld.

Glenfiddich Project XX is een nieuw experiment van Glenfiddich. Men heeft 20 whisky experten (uit de whisky industrie) betrokken om deze malt te componeren. Iedereen kreeg in de Warehouse van Glenfiddich verschillende whisky's te proeven gaande van port pipes, American oak, and bourbon vat rijpingen.

Dit is de nieuwe 13 jr Craigellachie botteling, de eerste onder eigenaar John Dewar & Sons. Waar de trend in Schotland is om No Age Statement whisky's te bottelen, maakt Dewar een heel ander statement.

Deze Cardhu 18 Years is complexer dan de 15-jarige, maar met behoud van de karakteristieke en toegankelijke Cardhu smaak. Deze geprezen Cardhu kenmerkt zich door een rijke fruitige smaak.

Matured in 1a Refill Butt for 10yr. Distilled: 01/06/1, bottled: 23/06/21 Cask no. 900341

This 18 year old from Glenfiddich's core range was matured in a mix of Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks.

The third batch of Benromach's Cask Strength Vintage 2012 single malt was matured in a combination of bourbon and first-fill sherry casks until it was bottled in 2022. The palate brings notes of rich spices, stewed fruit, Seville orange zest, toasted oak and whispers of smoke that linger in the finish.

Speciaal ter gelegenheid van het 100 jarig bestaan van Van Wees is deze bijzondere cask strength Benromach uit 2011  gebotteld. Gedistilleerd in 2011 en gebotteld in 2021 op een vatsterkte van 59.2%  

It takes time and much of David Stewart’s infinite skill and patience to hand-pick the barrels that create a new and distinctive batch of Tun 1401. And by marrying 12 of the rarest and most precious sherry butts and American Oak casks to produce a whisky characterised by citrus fruits as well as the familiar hints of vanilla and honey, Batch 8 is no exception – especially when some of the butts and casks have been maturing since David Stewart’s early days at the distillery.

De distilleerderij Longmorn ligt tussen de plaatsen Elgin en Rothes. Komend vanuit Rothes staat de distilleerderij aan de rechterkant van de weg en is herkenbaar aan de warehouses met zwarte pannen op het dak, waar met grote witte letters "Longmorn Distillery" op staat geschreven.

Gerijpt in PX en Oloroso sherry vaten;   Romig, hazelnoot, eiken, boterachtig. Pain au chocolat, jam op toast, nootachtig. 

Een evenwichtige, zachte single malt uit de Speyside. Cardhu is een zeer goed samengestelde malt.

The first ever peated whisky from the Speyside distillery. Fumare (Latin for smoky) is sweet and fruity with notes of apples, mixed herbs, smoke and a coastal character. De Speyside Distillery ligt aan de rivier Tromie, één van de zijrivieren van de Spey, niet al te ver van het plaatsje Kingussie.
