Lochlea Cask Strength Batch 1 is de allereerste single malt van deze jonge destilleerderij die is gebotteld op vatsterkte. Deze is, net als de Our Barley, gerijpt op first fill bourbon vaten en Olorosso sherry vaten.

Glenglassaugh Sandend heeft gerijpt in bourbon, sherry en manzanilla vaten, waardoor het een rijke en complexe smaak heeft gekregen. Het aroma is zacht en romig, met tonen van vanille-ijs, De smaak is vol en levendig, met golven van gezouten karamel, ananas, kers en grapefruit, verfrist door een briesje van de oceaan.

De whisky heeft eerst gerijpt in Bourbon Barrels voordat deze 6 maanden gefinisht is in Oloroso Sherry Hogsheads die rechtstreeks afkomstig zijn van producent Miguel Martin in Jerez. U zult merken dat de smaak iets rijker en voller is dan de Kilmory edition met tonen van zoetere kruiden en fruit.

A'bunadh Alba is a Scottish single malt whisky. It is made from ex-bourbon casks and is bottled unreduced. The word "Alba" refers to the Quercus Alba, the type of American white oak used for the casks that were selected.

De editie van 2023 belooft extra bijzonder te worden, want de whisky heeft – voor de allereerste keer in de Christmas Edition historie - een finish op sherryvaten ondergaan. Onze robuuste krachtpatser kondigt in 2023 alweer zijn 13e kerstfeest aan. 

Voor de vijfde editie van Local Barley werd gebruik gemaakt van Optic gerst afkomstig van de High Cattadale boerderij. Dit werd gedistilleerd in juli 2009. Voor de rijping werden drie soorten vaten gebruikt: 77% bourbon-, 20% sherry- en 3% portvaten.
