Deze fijne Cognac heeft eerst 10 tot 12 maanden gerijpt in nieuwe eiken vaten waarna het is overgestoken op gebruikte of "Roux"vaten. Licht goud van kleur, fruitige smaak met tonen van peer, appel en wijngaard bloesem.

Compass Box's delicious Spice Tree was briefly illegitimate, according to SWA regulations. After adjusting its creation, Spice Tree is back, and better than ever. It's a blended malt made from Highland malt whiskies, aged in specially made casks with new French oak heads.

A peaty offering and a vatted malt created by the renowned John Glaser, of Compass Box. The Peat Monster contains whisky from secret distilleries (all very cloak and dagger). They can tell us that some was from the village of Port Askaig in Islay, with some south coast Islay whisky too, vatted with Ardmore.

De distilleerderij staat in Blackford, Perthshire. Werd in 1994 gesloten, maar in 2003 door vier inversteerders aangekocht en weer in werking gezet. Er wordt nu uitsluitend voor malt whisky geproduceerd.

Released in 2013, this fabulous bottling from Tullibardine sees the rich, malty whisky finished for 12 months in top-quality 500-litre sherry butts. The result is something to behold.
