West Cork Single Malt Calvados Cask Finished Irish Whiskey is made from 100% malted barley, and patiently matured in first fill Bourbon casks & finished in Calvados Garnier casks. It is then non-chill filtered and also bottled without colour at a beautiful 43%.

In 2016, West Cork Distillers produced a trio of 12-year-old Irish whiskeys that were first aged in bourbon casks and then finished in select barrels. These whiskies underwent a finishing period in port wine casks, resulting in juicy fruit notes throughout.

West Cork Single Malt Rum Cask Finished Irish Whiskey is made from 100% malted barley, and distilled in a small batch. It is patiently matured in first fill Bourbon casks and then finished in Consorcio Licorero Nacional rum casks.

Single Pot Still whisky (van oudsher bekend als Pure Pot Still whisky, wordt gedistilleerd van gemoute en ongemoute gerst in traditionele koperen pot stills) De Yellow Spot wordt 12 jaar gerijpt.
