De Dalmore Port Wood Reserve is een Highlands single malt van Dalmore. Deze release heeft gerijpt in American white oak casks gevolgd door een finish in port pipes van W & J Graham’s Port Lodge.

The core of the Jura range, aged for 12 years in bourbon casks and then finished in Oloroso sherry. The result blends the distillery's characteristic gently smoky character with sweetness, spice and dark fruit.

De allereerste Cask Strenght whisky ter wereld Staat in het Guinness Book of Records als sterkste whisky ter wereld. (jaren zestig) Glenfarclas 105 is a superb cask strength whisky, really bold and punchy.

  De Glenfarclas whisky distilleerderij haalt zijn water uit zuivere bronnen op het ruige Ben Rinnes bergketen. De distilleerderij ligt in de heide van Banffshire, op slechts een mijl van de rivier de Spey.

Veel van de sherry en fruit in deze, is Glenfarclas 12 oorspronkelijk gebotteld voor export en reizen retailmarkten. In 2006 werd uitgeroepen tot "Beste Sherried Whisky" in de Single Malt World Cup, en in 2007 en 2008 won het goud aan de Stockholm Bier en Whisky Festival.

 Ardmore heeft zijn portfolio uitgebreid met deze twaalf jaar oude portfinish. De whisky kreeg zijn eerste rijping op de gebruikelijke bourbonvaten en werd voor de finish overgestoken op portvaten. Er werd gebruik gemaakt van zgn.

Deze Cardhu 18 Years is complexer dan de 15-jarige, maar met behoud van de karakteristieke en toegankelijke Cardhu smaak. Deze geprezen Cardhu kenmerkt zich door een rijke fruitige smaak.

Dalmore heeft, voor de eerste keer in haar roemruchte geschiedenis van 170 jaar, een nieuwe 18 jaar oude single malt op de markt gebracht

The Dalmore distilleerderij ligt ten westen van de plaats Alness aan de monding van de Averon of Alness. De naam is afkomstig uit het Gaelic en betekent "the big meadowland" vertaald is dat "de grote weide".

It takes time and much of David Stewart’s infinite skill and patience to hand-pick the barrels that create a new and distinctive batch of Tun 1401. And by marrying 12 of the rarest and most precious sherry butts and American Oak casks to produce a whisky characterised by citrus fruits as well as the familiar hints of vanilla and honey, Batch 8 is no exception – especially when some of the butts and casks have been maturing since David Stewart’s early days at the distillery.

A second Bruichladdich 18yo following the successful first edition, which was finished in Willi Opitz Trockenbeerenauslese casks (that's Austrian pudding wine to you and me). This time the 'Ace-ing' (sigh) has been done with a different sweet wine: Clos Urolat from Jurancon in Southwest France.
