Rum Diplomático Mantuano wordt geproduceerd in de uitlopers van de Andes in Venezuela. Gemaakt door een samenstel van rum gedistilleerd in kolomstill en potstil, wordt het 8 jaar gerijpt in vaten van wit eikenhout die eerder bourbon of whisky bevatten.

De drank werd voor het eerst gemaakt in 1832 in Klagenfurt. De naam van de drank is vernoemd naar uitvinder Sebastian Stroh. Stroh was een familiebedrijf dat zijn reputatie kreeg bij de Wereldtentoonstelling in Parijs in 1900.

This Calvados from Château du Breuil is aged for 2 years before bottling, this was awarded a silver and "best in class" at the 2008 International Wine and Spirit Competition and a Bronze at the 2009 General Competition of Paris.
