The Fettercairn 18 Year Old, its first ever whisky finished in locally sourced Scottish Oak. Matured in American White Oak casks and finished in 100% Scottish Oak sourced from the Scottish Highlands, Fettercairn 18 Year Old is bottled non-chill filtered and of natural color at 46.8% ABV.

Eerst gerijpt in de sterke fundamenten van onze ex-rye whiskyvaten en gefinisht in een combinatie van ex-Pedro Ximénez en Oloroso sherry quarter casks, deze whisky heeft hints van peperige kruiden, amandel, noten en zoet fruit.

Isle of Raasay Single Malt, Schotse malt Scotch whisky, R-02.1, 46,4% abv, natuurlijke kleur, non-chill gefilterd. De huisstijl van Isle of Raasay Single Malt komt prachtig tot uiting in deze nieuwe batch van hun ‘signature‘ single malt; licht geturfd, evenwichtig met rijke smaken van donker fruit.

Na Sia Single Cask Bottelingen demonstreren de zes unieke Isle of Raasay Single Malt receptvaten. Deze ex-Bordeaux rode wijnvaten van hoge kwaliteit zijn rood gekleurd aan de buitenkant. Ze worden vers aan het eiland geleverd vanuit het châteaux in Zuidwest-Frankrijk.

Deze Balblair is onafhankelijk gebotteld door The Maltman na 10 jaar rijping met een alcoholpercentage van 52,6%. Gerijpt op Oloroso sherryvat 7001 en gebotteld in december 2021 met een oplage van 303 flessen.

Deze 10 jaar oude blend is gefinisht in Oloroso sherryvaten, wat een zijdezachte zoetheid en een toffee- en vanille-afdronk geeft.  

Black Cask from West Cork Distillers is an Irish blended whiskey that is 66% grain whiskey and 34% malt whiskey. It was first matured in first-fill bourbon casks before being transferred to heavily charred bourbon casks for a year.

In 2016, West Cork Distillers produced a trio of 12-year-old Irish whiskeys that were first aged in bourbon casks and then finished in select barrels. These whiskies underwent a finishing period in port wine casks, resulting in juicy fruit notes throughout.

West Cork Single Malt Rum Cask Finished Irish Whiskey is made from 100% malted barley, and distilled in a small batch. It is patiently matured in first fill Bourbon casks and then finished in Consorcio Licorero Nacional rum casks.
