Het is een echte Rye Whisky met tonen van citrus, vanille en een licht pepertje. De jongste Whisky die in de blend zit is 5 jaar oud. Hij is gecombineerd met een 7 en een 11 jaar oude whisky. 

Batch 1 had bij untappd *** 4,20  dus hebben ze snel een tweede batch gebrouwen. Bij deze batch is er extra pecannuts & maplesyrup toegevoegd.

De Hearach is de eerste, historische single malt-whisky van het eiland Harris, waarmee zij de distilleertradities nieuw leven inblazen die verloren waren gegaan tijdens de Pabbay-opruimingen in de jaren 1840.

The Big Smoke, is zoals zijn naam reeds doet vermoeden een intens rokerige versie. The Big Smoke is een Islay malt whisky van Duncan Taylor, en word gebotteld op 46% alcohol.

Southern Comfort is een fruitige mix likeur gebaseerd op een geheim traditioneel recept, in 1874 ontwikkeld in New Orleans (het zuiden van de VS). In Southern Comfort zijn hinten van kaneel, sinaasappel, perzik en vanille terug te vinden.

White Heather 21 years is een blended whisky die bij de GlenAllachie distilleerderij wordt gemaakt en dit door niemand minder dan Billy Walker. Hiervoor gebruikt hij zowel malt als grain whisky, waarbij de malt whisky's het overgrote deel vertegenwoordigen.
