Connemara produce a peated Irish single malt, named for the area in Ireland.

Eerste in reeks die elk jaar beperkt zal verschijnen. Volgens de producent: "Jameson 18 Years is where time and tradition converge. A unique blend of 3 signature distillates matured in our finest oak for almost two decades, the spirit is then given a final marrying period of at least 6 months in a fresh American oak barrel, adding a unique complexity and elegance."

A single malt Irish whiskey from the Cooley distillery, Tyrconnell is incredibly creamy and smooth.

Kilbeggan is Gaelic for 'little church' and is a renowned Irish blended whiskey. Smooth and malty.

A delightful Pure Pot Still Irish whiskey, Redbreast 12 is highly praised by Jim Murray and a host of other notable whisky critics.

A triple distilled blended Irish Whiskey produced in Cork. Paddy's was first produced in 1779.

For our Port Cask expression, our Master Distiller finishes the whiskey in casks imported from the Douro Valley in Portugal in a process which adds a sweetness with spicy notes and a beautiful rich colour.

Bij Knappoque voegt men er nog een dimensie aan toe: men gebruikt voor het bottelen enkel vaten uit één jaar (vintage) en wel het jaar waarin de whiskey is gedistilleerd.

De vintage Midleton Very Rare blended Irish whisky uit 2022 is een vakkundig vervaardigde combinatie van met de hand geselecteerde single pot still en single grain Ierse whisky's die tussen de 12 en 33 jaar hebben gerijpt in licht verkoolde ex-bourbonvaten.
