Een derde van de Glengoyne Batch 10 Cask Strength -editie werd gerijpt in sherryvaten, de helft in vul eiken vaten en een klein deel in bourbonvaten. Om het duidelijke en intense aroma te ervaren, wordt deze enkele mout vrijgegeven bij vatsterkte.

Balvenie Tun 1509 Batch 8 is een creatie van Malt Master David Stewart, waarin hij eens te meer laat zien dat hij een ware meester is wanneer het aankomt op het creëren van exceptionele whisky.

Deanston Kentucky Cask Matured whisky dankt zijn naam aan een volledige rijping op vaten van Amerikaans eiken die voorheen bourbon whiskey hebben bevat. Het gebruik van deze vaten verrijkt deze whisky van diverse zoete, romige en licht kruidige lagen waardoor een smaakvol samenspel aan smaken ontstaat.

A Monumental Whisky, Born of Stone. While crafting Glenmorangie Artein Dr. Bill Lumsden, Glenmorangie's Head of Distilling & Whisky Creation, was intrigued by the influence of stone in the natural ingredients of the whisky, especially considering the material's special significance to us.

The Murray 2008 gerijpt in first-fill Amerikaanse eikenhouten vaten en gebotteld in 2021 op vatsterkte. In de neus honingraatsuikergoed met butterscotch fudge, lagen suikerspin, crème brûlée en melasse, allemaal gedrenkt in een warme gekruide bergamot-sinaasappellikeur.

Kingsbarns "Dream to Dram" is light, intensely fruity, floral and balanced, with a rich colour coming from the high quality casks it has matured in. On the nose, there is banana, pineapple and summer berries, with a slight herbal note.

‘The Flames of the Phoenix' is an appropriate theme for the 2022 Special Release bottling of Lagavulin, as it was designed to be the most phenolic Lagavulin yet. Fans of the distillery will know that means a truly peaty customer, with lots of spice and power amplified by the virgin oak casks this heavily peated Lagavulin was aged in, alongside American oak refill casks.
