A Glenrothes 12 Year Old in classic style: fruity and sweet. Aged solely in sherry-seasoned casks, this Speyside whisky has notes of vanilla, melon, banana and cinnamon.  This 12-year-old whisky is part of The Soleo Collection: a range of five whiskies from The Glenrothes, ranging from 10 to 25 years old, which pay homage to the grapes from which some sherries, such as Pedro Ximénez, are made.

A great whisky for those looking to try Glenrothes for the first time. This sweet, zesty dram has a yellow label that denotes the colour of the grape at the point it is plucked from the vine.

Double Cask, eerst een rijping op vaten van Amerikaans eikenhout en voor een finish overgestoken op sherry butts. Het is een lekker zachte en ongecompliceerde malt geworden, 

De Big Peat in The Thropaigeach Edition maakt de Caribische Zee onveilig als piraat ter gelegenheid van het Fèis Ìle Festival. Hij is gerijpt in ex-rumvaten en voegt fruitige tonen van banaan en gegrilde ananas toe aan het bekende zoete turfrookkarakter van de blended malt.

'Extravaganza' - Naam = Een literair of muzikaal werk gekenmerkt door extreme vrijheid van stijl en structuur. Zoals de naam doet vermoeden, haalt de vloeistof zijn inspiratie uit onze Signature Range-klassieker, The Spice Tree, maar herinterpreteert het door het gebruik van oudere componenten en een aanzienlijk deel van sherry-vat-gerijpte malt-whisky.

Bere barley from Aros Farm (Peninsula, Kintyre)  Bottlecode 17/65  bottled 02/2017 Springbank 11 years Local Barley is de tweede release van deze serie en de opvolger van de Springbank 16 years Local Barley.

West Backs Farm, Belgravia Barley -Bottle code 17/521   Another stunning release from Springbank's popular Local Barley series. This 10 year old single malt was made with barley that was grown locally (which you could probably have guessed from the name, but it's always nice to be clear on things), and was aged for a decade in 70% bourbon casks and 30% Sherry casks.

‘The Flames of the Phoenix' is an appropriate theme for the 2022 Special Release bottling of Lagavulin, as it was designed to be the most phenolic Lagavulin yet. Fans of the distillery will know that means a truly peaty customer, with lots of spice and power amplified by the virgin oak casks this heavily peated Lagavulin was aged in, alongside American oak refill casks.
